Before a single house went up at Oliver Grove, we were already on site. We handled the excavation and drainage across the whole development, which meant 26 homes worth of groundwork that had to be sorted first.
A subdivision this size only works if the groundwork is right before anyone starts building. Every home needed its own connections, and every one had to be laid out, inspected and signed off while the other trades waited to move in behind us.
Our crew worked through the site stage by stage, from the first trench through to the final connection. That let builders start on each section knowing the drainage underneath was already done.
Families are now moving into Oliver Grove, and the part of the build nobody sees was the part that had to be finished first.
